Registration and fees

The communication proposal and the registration to the annual meeting are two completely independent processes.

To attend the annual meeting, please do individual registration, being first author or co-author of a communication or listener without any communication.

Registration fees to the 2026 annual meeting

Full-fare (SAP Members) 27 CHF - 30 € 46 CHF - 50 €
Full-fare (non-Members) 46 CHF - 50 € 69 CHF - 75 €

Half-fare

(PhD students with salary, unemployed, retired)*

Students*

(Master, PhD students without salary)

  * Proof of student or unemployed status must be presented at the reception desk at the beginning of the annual meeting.

Once your payment has been made, you will be redirected to the website of the Laboratory of African Archaeology & Anthropology, and you will receive a payment confirmation at the email address you provided.

SAP Membership

Payment for SAP membership is independent from annual meeting registration. This payment can be made on site at the registration desk during the annual meeting (by check payable to SAP or cash, please bring the change). As always, the payment can also been done before the annual meeting as described in 'Fees and payments': bank transfer, mailing check or using Paypal.
